Pawan Patel
Mr. Pawan Patel is Young, Dynamic and always had a fall for consumer products. He holds a masters degree in Business Management from UK.
Under his leadership the group forayed into Paints, Plastic and Beverages and is expanding into fruit processing and ready to drink juices. Under his leadership, he has promoted the Sayona brand to be a mega brand, which has been perceived extremely well in the Tanzanian beverage market. He has put a benchmark on the particular sector which competitors are having a difficulty to match.
He believes in “Brand First“ and makes key decisions of the Groups Brand Enhancement, Advertising and Marketing Strategies as well as creates new avenues in consumer products.
Veer Patel
Mr. Veer Patel, is the youngest CEO of the group and has brought dynamic changes in the Hospitality Division through his Global Vision.
He has travelled across the globe and takes key decisions in Operations and the Management of the groups 4 Hotels and Resorts in Dar-Es-Salaam and Zanzibar. With his vision of turning Pearlsun Hotels & Resorts into a recognized hotel management company in Africa, he oversees the groups’ expansions in the Hospitality sector.
He is involved in the groups marketing strategy and firmly believes that Motisun Group can become a leading business house in Africa.
Ratish Kamania
Mr. Ratish Kamania has more than 20 years of experience working with Motisun Group. He designs, reviews and implements effective supply chain practices in accordance with the ever adapting technologies to help create an efficient supply module for the group.
The supply module is ultimately based on the environmental policies, standards, regulations, and laws in Tanzania and East Africa.
His expertise have been a key part of the groups success as he continues to help minimize the loss in time, material and manpower.
Ketan V. Patel
Ketan serves as a Non-Executive Director and Advisor to the Board of Motisun Group.
He is also the Managing Director of Export Trading Group (ETG), where he is responsible for financial oversight, trading strategy, acquisitions, and expansion. Ketan joined ETG as a shareholder in 1986 and spent several years managing its exports from the UK before transforming the business into a globally integrated Agri-Business Company.
Additionally, as a Director of Techno Brain, Ketan provides valuable inputs in raising and structuring finance for large-scale projects undertaken by the company. Born in Kenya, he studied Business and Law in the UK.
